I cannot recommend Rebecca Giacobba of EXP Realty enough! She is extremely experienced and an overall superb realtor. She was very aggressive in helping me become the winning offer where there were multiple offers on a property. She was also great at getting the seller to come down in price when the property didnt appraise. I had Rebecca show me at least 30+ properties, put in offers on 3 properties (all of which I was the winning offer, withdraw from 2 offers, and finally stayed the course and closed on the third and final property. Rebecca had patience with me through it all!

I absolutely love Rebecca who helped me become a first time homeowner in 2013. She was very patient with me and calmed me down on my first time emotional roller coaster of home buying. Always professional and extremely knowledgeable. We stayed friends throughout the years. I recommended many to her throughout the years. She sold my husbands home after he finally listened to me. Fast forward a couple of years and when I was thinking about selling my home and buying a new one, I didnt ever think twice as to who would do it. Rebecca, Heather and her team were awesome! They took there time as far as being patient with us. But when it came time they moved mountains and valleys for us. We absolutely love them and you will too!!!!!! Id give more stars if I could

Rebecca and her team did an outstanding job in getting our townhouse sold. I hoped to have it gone in 8 weeks, they had us at closing in 4.5!!! We were re-assured throughout the entire process that everything was being taken care of and that we could sit back and let them do the work. If you need a team behind you to get the job done, Rebecca is your perfect choice!! If she hadnt helped us secure our forever home last home, shed be helping us with that hunt!
