Let me start by saying I have Universal Property for my home insurance. As with any insurance I would expect them to fix something that I am paying them to cover. Well, Irma did some damage to my house. So I documented everything and submitted a claim on my own. I thought it was going to be a simple, done deal... but I was wrong. UP decided to instantly deny my claim with some odd response that I took too long to file. However, according to Florida law, we have up to 3 years after a Hurricane to file a claim. I was within that term. So, I reached out to an attorney who tried to contact UP via, phone, mail, and email. After almost 3 months of trying to contact them there was no response, so my lawyer said I would have to take them to trial. I thought there must be an easier way. I did some research and some praying, then I came across All Claims. I reached out to Lori and had a nice long conversation. After the call I knew that this was the right way. Mark from All Claims came by and we had a very thorough inspection performed. They contacted UP. All Claims also connected me with a great Attorney. I didn't have to worry about anything. Right before the beginning of the trial, UP decided to negotiate and we settled everything very peacefully. This was a huge learning experience and I could not have done it without the help of All Claims. Last thing, before I found All Claims I contacted 3 other public adjusters. When each of them arrived they didn't care much about anything other than me signing a contract with them. In the contract they would put a lien on my home in case they didn't get paid, and friends of mine told me enough horror stories dealing with Public Adjusters. BUT, Lori and Mark changed my feelings. They were very kind, polite, took the time to talk. Their contract was even a good contract, it did not make me nervous at all. :-) So, if you are having trouble with your home insurance claim, please take my advice and call All Claims. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! They are my "go to" people for anything home insurance related. Thank you Mark and Lori.
