        Took longer than they said it would, but they did notify me when the job was done and they got the stain on my sofa cover, out!

        Last year I gave Le Mer Dry Cleaners an amazing review, but recently I had a horrible interaction with an employee at the counter at the Donald Ross location. The employee was rude and told me "take the duvet cover off the duvet, we don't do that here. We don't have time." The employee didn't smile or say hello, just scolded me. I called the manager to talk about the interaction, but the manager never returned my call. I left the manager three calls/messages. I used to be such a fan of this cleaner, but if you have an issue there is no response. Meanwhile, I received an email from the office on how Le Mer prides themselves of customer service. Bad timing.
