During initial installation a whole team and the truck came out, had it done in a few hours with two people working applicators. Afterward, I found that there were numerous places where the foam was over applied, so it pulled away and left large gaps between the foam and the crossbeams, floorboards were visible. I called and explained the situation and eventually they sent one person out to fix the issues. He explained that canned foam would work fine to fill in the gaps. I had no objections. A few days after I had time to go under and check, found all of the cans just discarded underneath the house and there was clearly a place where the spray foam in the can ran out and the patching left unfinished. Told me the job was done before he left. Called and explained this and they assured me they would send someone once their schedule allowed. Never received another call.

EcoFoam offered us many different Insulation solutions to fit our Energy needs and budget. Thanks to EcoFoam our home is comfortable year round and we are saving money Too! Crew was polite, clean and efficient. Highly recommend
