Mr. Goldstein, We apologize that you feel taken advantage of. Your first delivery was March 19, and our delivery team did arrive early, before the two-hour time frame. Mike G., one of our top in-home delivery specialists who has been on the Leaders team for over nine years, placed and set up your delivery on your back lanai. All of our drivers take photos on site to verify completion. When reviewing the photos, we can see that all cushions were unwrapped and straight, the area rug was unwrapped and laid out flat and straight, the furniture was placed properly on the rug, and all packaging material and trash was removed. When you voiced your concern to Cameron about a sofa not sitting “flush” the day of delivery, Cameron immediately created paperwork for an exchange. Additionally, the rug that was returned had been used at a party and had a burn mark through it. Our team still agreed to return the rug and credit your account. We do apologize if the store team did not communicate as fast as expected. Communication is critical whenever there is a concern. We agree that waiting for a return call only makes a simple concern more frustrating. Thank you for the opportunity to make sure everything is 100% to your expectations.
