I had a good experience coming here. Ashley was quick and very sweet! Got my results less than an hour. Only thing is it was hard to find and I wasnt expecting it to be a trailer, however it got the job done!

The test results take a lot longer to arrive than claimed, my rapid antigen results took over 24 hours instead of 1-2 hours. Take heed of this if you need your results within a certain timeframe(like for travel). This location is definitely overbooked and understaffed. They did issue a full refund because my results took over 24 hours. Just beware of the timing issues..

I paid the extortion rate of $299 for a 1-2 hour PCR test result and Ive been waiting over 24 hours for the results. No one answers the phone, no one replies to inquiries. Use this company at your own peril!

If youre going to work in a COVID testing facility I feel like you should actually care about people. The woman working was so so rude and miserable. I understand the world is not in an ideal situation right now but maybe consider another job. Dont make people feel unwelcome when theyre struggling to find out if they have COVID or not...

1/10/22 FINALY SOMEONE HERE. This IS NOT A GOV RUN FACILITY, IT REQUIRES AN APPTMENT, THEY REFUSE TO TEST WALK INS. I WOULD NOT USE THIS PLACE. PERSONEL HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE, THEY DONT WANT TO BE THERE AND THEY DONT LIKE ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS.... 1/9/22 No one here,, no notes like be back later, just vacant.. Guess its ghost employees collecting a pay check for sitting home doing nothing.. Feds or State need to investigate this location if theyre recieving any gov comp
