Came in and was standing there for several minutes before someone came out. 1st. Lied about the book I have been using 20+ years to get images for embroidery. The woman was helpful and even though frustrated tried to assist and made strides to make what I was looking for. In walks the male identified as the "owner". His attitude from start to finish caused me to walk out. Shame as I have been doing business with this company for over 20 years in one location or another. Including this one. Obviously under a different owner. I don't do lies. I also don't do unprofessional behavior. It's apparent the local owner doesn't care as they haven't changed as seen through these reviews.

Website advertises multiple times that they do same day work, done while you wait etc however, went in today for a small monogram and was told that they in fact do NOT do same day work had my phone call been answered the day before when I called to confirm this, I couldve saved myself the trip. Maybe consider changing your website to advertise that youre unable to do same-day work.

Staff is quick and friendly. Located in the mall right beside pandora if you go in the entrance by ruby tuesday.
