I cannot say enough to persuade you from going to this place. After a serious car accident, we discovered this company did not include the additional insurance required if the bank owns the car. We complained to Progressive and they investigated our claim. Glen told the investigator that he met with me at his office and I declined the extra insurance. (I don't remember if it was Collision or Comprehensive.) What actually happened was, my wife met with his wife who wrote the policy. I never saw him in his office. I asked if there was something he could do to assist me with the $9,000 I now owed my bank because of his company's error. He said there was no help he could offer me. Insurance companies have their own insurance to protect the agent against problems like this. In the end, I paid for his mistake and his dishonesty.

if your looking for return phone calls or follow ups from this company forget it.my girlfriend and I stopped in the office for a quote on homeowners insurance.the agent Rachel took down all the required information and never called us.I followed up with my own call 2 weeks later and once again no quote.then I emailed her with a quote from another local agency that btw I got the same day as visited.figured it would make it easier for her.Still no response from her.It was almost like she didn't want our business.too bad because we own 4 cars 3 homes 1 boat and an RV which all need insurance.
