        Southern Touch upgraded one of the units in our home. The service we received was impressive. Prompt response, excellent communication, and very knowledgable. These guys are the real deal! Highly recommend for heating/cooling service.

        I have never had a better experience with a company. I have to say, they were very knowledgeable in everything and could answer all question, bonus that you understood what they said. I had a full unit installed by them. They were very neat and made sure that they cleaned up very well behind themselves. I would highly recommend them to everyone needing work done. As a matter a fact I was sending the contact information out prior to them leaving my home. I can say enough about them! Best young men that I have work done by. You can not go wrong.

        Talk about service and timing! For a week our A.C. Has not been running. Fortunately we havent had harsh fall heat and open windows felt good. But last night was the last straw we could take as locally someone was burning a fire and it was rough waking up with the allergy issues. First thing this morning I went to work on finding someone who would be available to help out. First I did my own research, and used Google to be my primary source for businesses. But when I turned to Facebook for advice from locals, they did not disappoint. Tags and suggestions all towards Southern Touch Heating and Air were giving me very high hopes. And as the last number of contact after reaching out to other companies, Im so glad from local advice. Not only were the guys available and happen to be around town already, they fixed our unit not even needing an hour after I called. This company also stands out with their means to provide excellent service without my wallet feeling abandoned! Beyond huge bonus for me. Truly I will be recommending and using their services for future repairs/replacements. Thank you Service: A/C system maintenance
