Worst EVER! We have had nothing but problems. The Super, did not read our house plans and messed up floors and windows. Water pump blew up the first time we used it. Couldn't run water inside the house at the same time you ran the water outside. Indoor and outdoor doors are crooked, don't shut correctly, or shut on their own, and are warped. Window in master bath was wrong size cause the super does NOT read plans and ordered wrong window.Window replaced and still does not fit, mold growing around frame. The frames around the doors are growing mold and cracked severely. Staircase done incorrectly because the SUPER does not know how to read house plans so that had to be redone. Supposed to have concrete floors. Super did not read plans and concrete was all cracked and had pen and pencil lines.... when he told us to go pick out our tile for the floors, we realized, once again, he did not read our house plans about concrete floors. Supposed to have pavers for our front porch, but because they had to come back and cover the cracked and mis-colored concrete floors, they would not honor that. Our concrete for porches and driveway is yellowed, cracked, and crumbling. There are so many other things I can go on about that ARE DOCUMENTED FROM during the time we built, including texts back and forth and pictures. My previous homes from Henry and Adams were SO MUCH better than this custom built home and that's not saying much! I was warned by others who used this builder to build their home. I wish I had listened.
