I adore this store so much!! I buy all of the cutest designer shoes, clothes, jewelry, sunglasses and handbags here. I cant say enough about the uniqueness and quality they offer. New arrivals daily. Love, love, love it.

The owner is unfortunately just as unprofessional as the employees I have encountered at this business. They conduct themselves with very nasty, negative attitudes and are unwilling to hear a customer complaint or even fake an apology for negative experiences. It is clear now why this business is failing. Very unfortunate thing to experience as a customer, when both the owner and employees are unable to provide a pleasant experience.

I have been a C.U.T. customer for several years and am always blown away by the amazing customer service, welcoming atmosphere, and unbelievable quality of boutique overstock! I cannot recommend C.U.T. enough they are a Jacksonville gem!

I have been shopping there at C.U.T. for over 6 years! This is the best kept secret around with Boutique overstocks, designer clothing all with great pricing! They created a fun atmosphere for shopping with the best customer service.

I sold a brand new with tags $200+ Coach purse with them. I received only $20 for it. They won't give me the money because they don't pay out until you hit minimum $30 profit. The older woman Leann had a very snotty and negative attitude throughout all of my experiences with this business. She told me "I didn't come to work to be disrespected" and "you need to get out" and physically walked behind me and shut the door in my face. This type of immature behavior is not acceptable at any business, never mind this little hobby job. I was there asking to have the manager just give me my money because I won't be selling anything else with them based on this scam of the $20 purse profit. The other woman at the desk was very professional and helped me in a respectful way as any normal employee would. I am now waiting on a response from the owner on getting my "profit" from the purse. Will not be doing any business here in the future based on Leann's childish behavior.
