Sun and Sea Beach Weddings

Our first interactions with Sun and Sea was with Nick- he was so upbeat and responsive, it helped set the tone for the rest of the planning and wedding itself. Steven was our coordinator and did a fantastic job guiding us through the whole planning process. He offered great suggestions and the rationales behind them. Our Officiant- Vicky was endearing and helped keep things on track leading up to and through the ceremony. Zach did a wonderful job setting up for the ceremony- it looked stunning. Wes kept the mood fun and rocking out with the music throughout the wedding. Marie was a lifesaver with the photography and offering tips/pointers to my first time Maid of Honor. And last buy certainly not least- Leidy was our day-of reception coordinator. She did a great job keeping everything on track and making sure things ran smoothly. We couldnt have asked for a better team- it turned out better than we could have hoped for!

Our planner was Josie. We wanted a simple elopement package and she delivered. We did all communicating on our wedding portal since our schedules dont line up with normal working people. We were never out of the loop of what was going on and what was expected and when. She had a schedule all laid out for the wedding day which I appreciated. She texted me the morning of my wedding when it was raining for our outdoor destination beach wedding assuring me we could hold off on starting of the rain was going to be stopping. Luckily at the start of the wedding it was barely sprinkling then stopped but she was reassuring that we would make it work one way or another so I wasnt stressing. Our photographer Marie with Appleseed Photography was AMAZING and our pictures are beautiful. She had them to us digitally with all printing releases in a very timely manner. Our officiant was Derek and he was also AMAZING! Their laid back but very professional personalities made it easy to relax for photos and the ceremony but still professional enough to keep us in line. Im glad they were the team selected for our big day even though it was a much smaller scale then they are probably use to, but for a Monday afternoon it was small and perfect to us! I appreciate EVERYTHING they all did for us and if there is a vowel renewal someday I would love to work with them again! I HIGHLY recommend this company

Recommend this company for anyone looking to have a beautiful wedding with the least amount of stress! Coordinator was nice and easy to work with, the Officient Stephen was so great and the Photographer Marie with Appleseed photography was amazing! She got us out photos sooner than expected. We are so happy with the whole experience!

Had my wedding here, 04/2023. I would call it mediocre at best. I believe this is a co. that subcontracts out private homeowners per location chosen. The S&S coordinator (home owner) @ Vilano Beach House, was not personable, friendly, accommodating; and seemed semi-demanding. The groom's mother was asked to do all kinds of stuff, she never really got to enjoy the reception. Her final straw was having the good (which was very simple) fully set up about over an hour before actually eating. We did buffet 5 items, so didn't need to be that soon. And apparently my mother-in-law was given a hard time? Lastly, the photographer pricing is outrageous for the amount of time, and what you get. You can either have "before ceremony (getting ready) or after. Received his zip drive showing 354 photo files, and they were all multiples of each other. Literally the same photos. And you'll know bc the the ppl in the background and yourselves are all the same. No edits, no removal of background people EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY FOR A "PERMIT" to the company, TO HAVE THAT SECTION OF THE PUBLIC BEACH PRIVATE FOR 30MINS- makes no sense. At least photo shop out some ppl for that money, and send "that" file. It's probably more like 150pics. You'll also get about 45secs of each important dance of the reception, including 1st dance I would have loved to give this a 5 but it wasn't even close. For $14K, you can set up an Air B&B for 3nights, and do this same theme for what's advertised as "all inclusive" here. *SIDE NOTE- cannot speak regarding any other locations under this company Solely the venue we chose. All photos have multiples, some zoomed in & out to create difference?
