Maebell Event Coordinating

Hiring Allyson was the best decision I could have possibly made for my wedding. If youre debating getting a wedding planner or even just a day of coordinator like I got, the short answer is DO IT!! The long answer is hire Allyson to do it!! She communicated with me exactly like she said she would and she did everything she said she would plus some. I broke my foot the day before my wedding and she made sure I was good the entire night and she helped anyway she could. She brought someone to help and she was amazing too. All in all I am so thankful that I had her to help me through my day and she made my day perfect. She had to change things up on the fly because of my foot and it was seamless. I will definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

Allyson was an essential part in the success of my event! From the beginning, she was an extremely helpful and clear. She was always responsive, positive, and friendly. Leading up to the event, she really showed her event planning prowess as she navigated sticky situations with poise. The day of, she was a kind and calm presence, always answering questions and solving problems. She truly was a joy to work with and I recommend her wholeheartedly!

Allyson and her team were AMAZING!! We hired Maebell Events for my daughter's wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased. Allyson had so many great thoughts and ideas to help make my daughter's day so special and unique. Her team was phenomenal on the actual wedding day as well. They took care of everything and wouldn't let us lift a finger. We were truly able to just enjoy the day knowing that Allyson and her team were making sure everything was running smoothly and every detail was taken care of.
