Very nice atmosphere. My tech always makes me feel comfortable and talks to me throughout the time of the wax. I have been 3 times and will continue to go.

service was great! Me & my friend called and made a same day reservation no problem. we both were able to get in and out.. Ashley was great she made sure we were both comfortable and we had a great conversation the whole time. Definitely found my new wax home and will be back .

I live in the area and decided to try this Wax Studio for the first time. My appointment was with Ashley. I waited a few minutes after my appointment time but when she came out she was friendly, attentive, and quick with my underarm wax. No complaints. As a former business owner myself, I saw a few negative comments regarding the culture and business practices that seem to hinder the success of black owned establishments here in Jax. I had a good experience .The prices were very fair and the service was very quick and professional. I plan to visit again for other wax services.
