They were good with our pups, I still had some questions but felt a little rushed they were busy and they are a little pricey. They are clean and good with our boys so I'm sure you will like them

God bless the people that work here and choose to help their community at a low cost. My other vet charges $211 for a box of 6 months of Sinparica Trio. This amazing vet charges $160. I have two dogs. Every time I buy one box for each dog, I am saving $100. How could I not love this place? The vet is always so careful and experienced! I love all the techs too.

Made an appointment for 9am on April 4th and specifically told them he needs to be sedated. The receptionist called me yesterday to confirm appointment and again I said sedated. I got there and I guess someone didn't show up so they were already scrambling. And then after waiting about 30 min in the lobby and get back to the room the sedation part was such a surprise to them. The vet tech then informed me he needed to take trazadone the night prior and the am. I've told them before trazodone does nothing and he needs the shot. They said I needed to come back. No how about when confirming an appointment you inform the patients owner. Instead of the vet tech saying well it says it on the bottle. Mind you this is pills i had filled like a year ago. And considering I've never been told that before about the night before. They just wanted any excuse not to honor the appointment. Mind you it was already a 40min drive to get to the location. Plus I get lower costs but at least clean the ear probe before trying to stick it in my dogs ear. Never again will I go to this location. They don't listen anyways when I've made concerns known. And to noteafter the vet tech claimed the bottle said the directions of giving at night and am.

I never had a problem until today! They deceived me and dont know how to communicate what they are doing to my dog properly. All they want is money and they dont care about your dogs health at all. I took my dog ( lobo) mid February for his yearly check up and vaccines. They told me that if i wanted to get Lobo a canine DAVVP and lepto shot with a booster. My friend was with me that day and we both heard loud and clear that the lady i the main vet said that they couldnt do both at once an i had to come back to get the booster and I asked if i had to pay extra booster and she said NO its included already you just have to bring lobo back within 3 weeks or so. Tell me why i took him today for the booster and they made pay $52 dlls for the booster and some other stuff that I didn't know about.. when they told me it was already included the first time i went. The lady in the front had a rbf and attitude since the beginning. They dont know how to communicate and who knows what they did to my dog . Lobo and I are not coming back
