The person I spoke with did not communicate effectively. They were condescending on the phone and lacked general decorum. I submitted my item description on their online form. It says they will reply back in 48hrs but its been about two weeks. In general I haven't been too impressed with this store's business practice.

Was interested in a headboard footboard set that had been in the store for over six months. Offered more than half the price and then said I had to think about it came back two days later and asked if I can negotiate lower. He said no and when I went to pay for it, he said Id rather throw it out, then sell it to you. This is what he does with old items is throw them out rather than donate them or sell them. Why?

Though I havent found furniture to fit my needs every time I visit this store, I have always had a great experience and enjoyed not only walking through to look at the interesting pieces, but the owners thorough knowledge of each item and its history. The pieces I have purchased for my home (a large sideboard and nightstand among others) are beautiful and in great condition. Perfectly fit my taste and style. I stop in every time Im close by because the inventory changes all the time and you never know what treasure may find its way back home.
