Keiser University

If your thinking about going to the Keiser in Jacksonville for OT do not go here. The program is in shambles right now and when I started last year they hired a new teacher, Professor mosis who has not idea what he is doing. We complained to the director who did not do anything. For a teacher who is teaching science we should have a teacher who believes in science which he does not and has said multiple times. I also think for a college that believes in pride.. A teacher should not say "In Africa they kill people who are gay".... He did not even give us reviews for the exams that we had. We had 7 in our group and las time I heard there were only two left who will graduate. I do not recommend.

I like the, "one class per month". Time goes really fast. After 10 years I finally found a job. I never thought this was going to be possible. I work for the DMV (Detran-GO), here in Brazil as a flutter developer on this app called GO ON. I started as a beta tester and move the ranks to become a senior dev. Thanks for the base education Keiser gave it to me 10 years ago. Thank you Keiser!!!!

Last night I went to the scare fair. I was extremely disappointed on how they let a student dress in the game room for kids on the second floor. She was dressed up like a playboy bunny!! With ALL of her cleavage out! This was an event for my kids to enjoy, not for a night out to dress the way she dressed. I will not be returning to Keiser for any more events. Extremely inappropriate attire for this event. The Superintendent will be made aware.

Keiser is touted as a professionals college. They want you to take a wonderlic exam to gain entry. They expect you to adhere to a dresscode and to act accordingly. However, Keiser's staff is anything but professional. As a military veteran student I have had Keiser on multiple occasions fail to send in the proper paperwork to the VA, resulting in me not receiving entitlements and housing allowances that I need as a full time student. There have also been multiple occasions where I filled out paperwork after being called in during non class hours, and they never sent it off. Their loan process is also subpar. We as students take out loans and are issues grants. Keiser uses a third party company (ECSI) to disperse those loans and grants. There have been multiple times where I did not receive my loans when it was slated to hit my bank account. That company has stated on numerous occasions that Keiser either forgets to send in the reimbursements, or has insufficient funding which if ture is concerning when you consider that loans and grants aren't even Keiser's to begin with. There is always an excuse, not accountability. They have continually failed me at every turn. Additionally, the other veteran students have had the exact same issues I am experiencing. Despite me calling them out on it and promises it wouldn't happen again, it has continued. Meanwhile, Keiser ensures they are paid and receive their money from the VA, that process has not gotten botched once. I have attended Keiser for over a full year and can't abandon my progress at this point, but if you are a prospective student and thinking about joining Keiser, save yourself and don't.
