I don't even know where to start. I started hauling loads for this guys first day I had a tire blow out on a 2 way road blocking traffic with no shoulder, I decided to pull into the plaza 200ft away to let traffic through, in doing so the rim to the blown tire bent. A week later I was told the bill is 1600 and that it was my fault, with no argument I accepted the charges and asked for a payment plan which they agreed to (thank you). A week later I was at a delivery that took 7hrs, after running out of hrs I told dispatch that I won't be able to make my next pickup due to my hours and was told if I don't pick up at the scheduled time we would loose the account and I may not be able to run anymore. I ran illegally so I we don't loose the account. The time was basically 0400 dark and tired I missed to do a pre trip and didn't notice the passenger landing gear feet was missing. After noticing I told the manager and he said I was okay next time to do a pre trip so I don't get blamed for the damage. ( I should have just refused the load and and not get intimidated in regards to not making appointment and loosing the account and I would have not been in this predictiment). A week later I was called and told I was terminated for the landing gear I did not break. They tried everything to blame me. After doing my own personal investigation the security at my delivery told me he saw a driver damage the trailer and brought it back he started that he confronted him but driver said he told company and someone is coming to fix it. I read the reviews and Saw that they will terminate you for anything but decided to ignore it. I have never called off work nor have I refused any work. I have never in my entire career fired nor terminated. I have never gotten into any incidents either but as soon as I join them it seemed like I was being blamed for everything even one of their company driver said I raised the landing gear to high for him. ( Landing gear to high for you that is on heard of ). Do you know how much energy it takes to raise a loaded trailer high smh but once again I did not argue but apologies and told them I will lower it to his comfortability. Like the other review said you will get terminated for anything. This company was formally sunteck. The biggest mistakes I made was joining them good thing I have everything I do and say documented.

Stay away, they are a joke, agreed on a load, gave them all the information they asked, then they just ghosted you, if it doesn't work out, just say the words, don't need to be rude, have some human decency.
