Absolutely trash! Came all the way to my house, all for them to not even get the refrigerator off the truck & simply say it wasnt going to fit & took it back to Lowes. Then when I was trying to reschedule, I called multiple times & all they ever did was keep transferring me until they hung up on.

Terrible. Stay away from Lowes if theyre using this company to deliver their products. Damaged my lawn and sprinkler heads. 2 months later I have to go to small claims to get any help. Lowes will not back you up. I bought from Lowes not these idiots.

We bought a refrigerator from Lowe's Panama City, FL back in December and they finally delivered it on January 30, 2023. The delivery company that they used, Spirit Delivery Service. They ruined our new refrigerator and new hardwood floors. We got our discount for the damaged refrigerator but we are still waiting on the money for the damages to the hardwood floors and they have not taken care of it as of today. They even called and emailed Spirit Delivery Service and no one seems to care. This is the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. No one seems to care anymore. I have tried calling people at Lowe's and Spirit Delivery Service with no luck!

Dont allow this company to install your appliances. They deliver for Lowes. They hire guys off the street who only care about a paycheck. These guys have no training whatsoever. They will incorrectly hookup the most basic appliance. You'll later be out hundreds if not thousands of dollars once your appliance eventually fails. Because the issue was negligence on the end of Spirit, your warranty will not cover the needed repairs. Spirit will do their best to pretend the issue isn't their fault. They will make you jump through hoops for weeks/months only to waste your time. I had to learn this the hard way. Their agents and regional manager in the state of Georgia are some of the dumbest people I've ever spoken to in customer service.
