If you like being stranded on the side of the highway for 14 hours and fired for pulling an air line because they were looking for an excuse to fire you, then this is your job.- Bonuses taken away - Benefits reduced - Less Pay - Planners don't know how to plan - Drivers lost their bonuses, yet the top brass took home millions while laying off their workforce - 5 years wasted with this company after the Fed Ex executives took over different positions in the company. - Laid off 10% of its drivers in two months. - Overlooked for promotions within the company, will hire people outside to be their driver managers. - Garbage equipment constantly having to be repaired. There are times 10 trucks are down at once and the other trucks will strand you God knows where. - Vindictive Leaders, will look for a reason to fire you if you say something that makes it sound like you are questioning your authority. - I pulled an air line, it wasn't a big deal. Three weeks later someone reports that I was attempting to form a union and I was fired. No write ups, nothing. Didn't even have the decency to fire me in person, it was over the phone, while I was out sick. - Or I was finally fired because you didn't need your token LGBT person working for you anymore.Support your drivers. Oh, wait... You don't care about us, we are your personal slaves. Yes, I said it for all the world to see. HR can kiss my butt, you only responded to what others said. Tiera, I sent you E Mails, and left you messages over the phone. You never responded to my issues. In fact, you claimed that you never received them. And this ex post facto firing was just a big scam. You even told me I couldn't appeal my case, you are a liar and a con artist. Over a million safe miles and fired 3 weeks after talking to my boss about a pulled airline that I wasn't even written up for.

Bought a Refrigerator on Amazon. They gave me a list of things to do before delivery. When the Refrigerator came they refused to bring it in the House. Absolutely not Acceptable.

We were scheduled a mattress and box spring delivery on Monday, November 20th, 2023. Appointment was between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The truck and our mattress never showed. We received no phone call that the delivery would not show or had to be rescheduled. I lost a day of pay with no reimbursement. When we called to resolve the issue we were lied to several times and were given 3 different reasons why the truck never showed. Now it's the 22nd of November and we still haven't received a call and we have no idea where our mattress is or when it will be delivered. My wife has talked to the store manager at JCPenny and she tried to help us. The issue has not been resolved. We would like to have the issue resolved as fast as possible seeing how I have already paid for the mattress. If it is not resolved quickly the next phone call will be from a lawyer. Very frustrated that we have not received any communication from them and do not want to cancel the transaction but if forced we will. Very unacceptable from a company that has a good track record for their delivery service.
