There on time. Waited long time. Told truck has things in it and they wont remove them. That was 26 and no 20 either. No apologies. Let me stand there until finally called another location and I had to make movers wait n go to that place which had no pads or any products. Why didnt I get a call or text so I would not hv gone there

I was helped with what i needed, the guys that were there helped me make sure I had everything i needed to complete the move. The customer service was good. Process was very easy!

My experience here was absolutely amazing. The manager was extremely helpful in my time of need being last minute. I had a reservation at a diff location in error and she was able to get me the size truck and trailer I needed. I really appreciate all of them helping my family.

First of all, you can have your employee in the lot be a lot more considerate of your ADA customers. Secondly, you can create more than one disabled parking spots. Finally, you can have your rep inside ask questions to verify a reservation. I never agreed to the safe move policy, yet I was charged for it. She acted very put out to even serve me. I live right around the corner, but will never use this location again. The customer service here is awful, the trucks are always in disrepair, and they also almost never have propane. Your app is awful, especially for someone who cannot walk (making me walk around the vehicle to take photos). I may make a complaint to the city about your ADA training, treatment and policies. Never again!
