I think the ladies named was Cindy that I spoke to, I am 50 years old and the way she spoke to me was unreal. I would not even speak to a dog that way, this was the worst customer service I have had. I will be canceling my membership and will not return. I think people need to calm down and remember what customer service is.

Called AAA at 8 am sat the next 9 1/2 hours on the side of the road for service that never showed up . I don't recommend anyone to use this service if you live in a rural area cause they do not live up to their word ! Will no longer be useing AAA !

My sister and I had a tire blow out in Jacksonville Florida ,right on busy expressway yesterday . DANGEROUS !!! My sister called AAA and we had Jimmy come save us in 1hour . My sister didnt have a truck jack in her Nissan Frontier(?), so even though we had 7 total strangers stop, to help us change her tire , we waited on Jimmy . This young man (Jimmy) was FANTASTIC !!! He showed us which kind of carjack my sister would need to buy for her truck . He was kind , courteous, friendly and fast . I want to let the ladies know, there ARE truly some genuine gentleman left in Jacksonville Florida. Between Jimmys 100% customer service and 7 men stopping on the side of the road to try to help us out, our tire blow out turned out positive ! Thank you Jimmy
