Please be cautious with this company; they seem more focused on making money than meeting customer needs. I visited them two Saturdays ago due to a screw in my tire, needing a simple fix. Despite having removed the tire, they failed to confirm they had the correct size available and attempted to install a differently sized tire, fully aware it could cause further issues. When I insisted on fixing it, the employee assisting me complained to a colleague about the time wasted on my situation, even though the oversight was theirs. Ultimately, I was forced to settle for a tire that wasnt as wide as my original tires just to leave the place. This experience highlighted their desperation for profits at the expense of building trust and fostering relationships with their customers. Please be wary; this company seems willing to compromise on service quality for quick financial gain, neglecting the importance of customer satisfaction and the long-term growth of their business.
