The best salvation by far in Jax. Very corrupt though; employees lately literally walk up to certain ppl and put everything everyone wants in their cart. Its blatant and not even hidden. You dont have a fair chance to get anything worth getting because they manually deliver anything possibly good to those who wait near the back room and they leave it to them to put whatever they dont want back. You can find cool gems here and there but thats only because their favorite customers didnt want it first and passed on it

I sched a complete bed pick up with 1 bag of clothing and 1 of misc items. The person who came said he could not pick up the bed it was motorized and said a complete bed was bed only . He said he could not pick up the dresser or end table in bedroom only one bag of clothing snd items. So I made a call had to his mgr to get him to pick this up. This was the last pick up of the day. Nothing but excuses only pure laziness. You need to hire people who want to pick up items and not make up excuses why they dont want to pick it up. Next time I will call Vietnam vets instead of Salvation Army. I dont have time for all this drama to try and donate excellent furniture and clothing.
