WORST PEOPLE EVER! I DONT HAVE ENOUGH SPACE TO SAY EVERYTHING THEY DID. #1 THEY LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY, AND #2 THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! They lied to me by telling me the site was down to complete the llc and i would have to come back the next day, knowing i have to work. They suggested to leave my pre-paid visa card with them and they will complete it the next day. BIG MISTAKE!!! Me trusting a couple old ladies, i did just that thinking i will be able to just come pick it back up when i got off of work. I called the next day (friday). They completed the LLC but they didnt remember where they put my card. They never called me back. They are closed on the weekend. I never got my card nor did they complete the services I paid for. I had to finish getting my LLC. Like i said i cant say everything they did its to much, but please dont use these people, they will rip you off. You are better off doing it yourself not to mention faster as they kept telling me i had to wait to complete it. I completed everything myself. Now my business is up and running with no help from them. Another tax prep actually told me to call the cops on them. I still have not got my card that had over $400 on it and they knew we just bought the card on the way to their office and unfortunatly told them how much we put on the card strictly to use for the business.
