Chelsea Prine has been an absolute life saver for helping me structure my business and stay out of trouble with Uncle Sam! I came to her as a young/new business owner and my last CPA made a huge mess! It’s safe to say that she had her hands full with me. She has helped walk me through everything I’ve ever needed to know regarding taxes, payroll, and how to benefit the most with different tax laws and regulations! I have know Brent for a while now. He does more than just your taxes. He is a true advisor that help business owners unlock more profit in their operations. He is good at teaching and even helps with HR and leadership issues. You are in good hands with Brent Ross.

We have been with Ross Hughes and Associates for I believe 4-5 years and during that time we have learned so much invaluable information as small business owners. We have personally worked very closely with Brent and Chelsea and they have been nothing less than amazing. Although, every staff member we have worked with or come in contact with has been amazing as well. They are extremely knowledgeable, understanding, kind and very patient through the learning process. The also operate with excellence and integrity which is very important to us. Our only regret is that we didn't find them sooner when we first opened the doors to our business. We would have definitely been a lot further along. We look forward to working with them for many years to come. We 100% recommend their services which go far beyond your average accounting services. They truly are, as they state, "UNCOMMON ACCOUNTING ADVISORS." If you are looking for your average accounting services this might not be the place for you, but if you are looking for THE BEST then look no further!!

I came to Ross Hughes on account of a really bad business partnership that left me in shambles financially and mentally; I quite literally had no idea where to turn to for help - my situation was BAD. My business taxes were all done horribly wrong by my business partner, and the IRS was at my front door knocking wanting money. I thought I was done, and over. Chelsea quite literally saved my sanity - and my future. She worked extremely closely with me the entire journey, did an incredible job explaining the process along the way. The amount of work that went into this was monumental, and somehow they pulled it off. My debt to the IRS was correctly amended, and my debt reduced to the correct figures, and was much more manageable. Chelsea had not only worked with me with options to negotiate my repayment plan with the IRS debt, but also my office invoice for all the work that went into this. They were extremely flexible and understanding; if you are looking for a business CPA with less of a corporate feel, and want to try somewhere that really gives you a personal approach, and truly wants to help you with your goals, you really want to trust Ross Hughes. They did me an indescribable service, and I would unequivocally put my future in their hands again. This review is my best attempt to describe my experience, and even this does not do them enough justice. These are wonderful people, they do great work. I give them my hands down personal recommendation.
