PBJC recently completed my backyard project: pool, spa, fire pits, and outdoor kitchen. It has been a fantastic experience working with Jeff, Morgan, Dexter, Annette, and Debbi. The project included my 8 change orders for which they seamlessly handled with ease. Start to finish there were no surprises and PBJC handled any concerns. we are very disappointed in the quality of the pool that was built. We are having extreme problems with coping Tile, falling off the hot tub and waterfall. We have discovered that underneath the coping and the pavers there was no concrete or reinforcement, allowing the pool to separate from, the coping, the pool patio, the fire pit. The whole thing is a sinking mess. I have contacted the state and reviewing the pool building code and see things that are not properly completed. I will also be counting the county to come back here and look at the work and looking at all my options for remediation. I did call the builder and they said it was outside of the warranty.. this is a total failure. We will probably have to have the whole thing pulled out and redone.

So many issues with the building process! The lack of communication throughout was a huge problem and we could rarely get answers. It was supposed to be an easy install since the pool is very basic and was a literal carbon company of one they just completed. There was a pretty major mistake made in the elevation and it went downhill from there. After nearly 7 months we have a pool. The completed pool seems to be fine and I am sure I will eventually love it but the process of working with the company was so difficult that I am still sad every time I look out and see it. I definitely do not recommend this company!

First class professionals - continuously deliver high quality and timely service! Everyone I've dealt with over the years exemplifies these qualities, but Chris White definitely sets the bar very high. Despite a very busy schedule, Chris was able to replace my pump, pull new wires and replace a breaker in a very timely manner! Services: Remodeling, Design, Pump repairs & installation
