I am writing this review because I am very disappointed. Frank lied to us about making a deposit on a project, he stated in his on writing that the deposit for project would be returned in full if funding did not go through. I notified Frank that the funding was denied and he said he was sick that weekend and would get back to me for our refund. I waited to hear from him and the next time I heard from him he said he would have to deduct the permit cost and then return the remainder now he states that I will loose all of the deposit which is 8400.00 and that I needed to notify Jim so I did by email and have yet to hear anything. I don't know how you could sleep at night and take 8400.00 of somebody's hard earned money and not have even do a service for them the only thing we received was a "free estimate" do not fall for this there is a charge of 8400.00 for a estimate nothing free about this. Oh yeah did I mention how nasty and rude he became when I ask for my refund. I would have put zero star if they would have let me. Response to your statement I have a contract that is written on the front that my money would be returned and I also have emails stating no permit would be pulled until construction was approved,so say what you want you have lots of complaints with the BBB and you will be hearing from my lawyer you did not do any work that cost 8400.00 so don't state you worked for that money you did no such thing.All I ask for was you to return my money and I have a email that said it would be returned now you want to change your mind.

So they promised things that they didnt deliver, example promised to give me smaller steps, he didnt follow thru so we had to pay an extra 15,000 dollars for what was promised. Never returned calls and weve had leaks in our pool now and they dont respond. So its very poor quality. The pool was rinished a year ago, should not have leaks and they dont respond for months. Communication with quality pool is the worse, how can you help me? You guys don't keep your promises, the good thing about the internet is that you can let people know about companies who doesn't respect the customers who keep them in business by hiring them. Here is a list. My pool is full of debris and I've been requested to be cleaned and no reply. There is a repair on the pavers needed. I've been requesting the blower to be secured away from my AC unit and nothing is being done. All payments were made on time with no issues, but quality pools doesn't do such quality work.
