Update. We had issues (some listed below) with our service. After we were finally contacted over the weekend, they came out on their own time on a Saturday evening to make sure everything was functioning properly. This was definitely above the call of duty. They followed up on Monday with another visit. We have been pleased with this responsive experience. We just had an initial pool service on our new pool. We received very little feedback about the water conditions. Our pool did not appear to have been cleaned. In addition, muddy footprints were everywhere. And finally, we were left a note, "need to turn motor speed up to make..." - whatever that means. By motor, I guess he means pump, but I'm guessing. And, how do we turn it up? Why didn't he do this? Plus, our spa no longer works at all. What happened? What did he do? What valves did he turn? I am not pleased, and he hasn't answered my emails. I will respond back here should this be resolved expeditiously.
