        Atlantic Self Storage-Palms Gate is awesome!!! Super clean, and love the staff. I was moving all my things down from Virginia and Janet was an absolutely fantastic person to deal with!! I had to get a large truck in there and she helped us so much figuring out the best times. Every time I called she was super responsive and just the sweetest and knowledgable person to deal with.

        Excellent new storage facility and friendly staff! Both Janet and Donnie were extremely kind and helpful throughout the initial signing process. They were compassionate towards my current situation and helped me feel at ease during a very stressful family situation. It is so nice to know that our belongings are under the care of this facility. 10/10 recommend this location as the best storage facility in Duval!

        Everything is new and nice. When setting up a contract with staff members, they don't really offer the best options and try to sell some store items to get the best rate, which is kind of strange.
