Beware, just received the second rate increase in 12 mos. The new rate is now 33% higher than the rate that I started with following the intro period. March 12, 2024 - Following my initial post and calling the number as requested in the reply message, I received a call back from Borris, a District Manager. His explanation essentially is that the new rate reflects market demand. They increased it because they can. I didn't make the post because I expected a lower rate, I know the contract doesn't have a limit on increases. I made the post to caution others to know that there is a high risk of increases being frequent and unreasonable.

Vicky is amazing! Always very kind and professional. When my rates increased, she did everything in her power to find me a better price in a better unit without having to move all of my things all over again. Shes awesome :)
