Landlord signed contract over a month ago job has not even been started no dumpster has even been dropped off not happy with this company it literally is raining in my house when it rains they are not answering my calls me and my landlord will never use this company again nor recommend it to anyone we needed this job done fast and over a month after having paid still wait this is ridiculous

My roof was damaged in the storms. I tried contacting several roofing companies and for various reasons was unhappy with the service I was receiving in the end I went with Align Roofing and am happy I did, the work was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely call them for any future work I need. Services: Roof inspection, Gutter installation, Roof repair

Thank you Mason the owner for making this happen on Christmas! , and special the manager who went over and beyond to give me the owners personal contact on have my roof installed asap! The day after Christmas! I am selling my house and the appraisal inspection came back requested a new roof to pass inspection. My original roofer promised to complete the job  the first week of December. But he did not perform. So after  1 month of no shows and 3 extensions I was running out of time. I flew out from California to personally handle finding some one to help me asap of course with license and permits. Making even more difficult in Jacksonville Florida. On my way to my property I passed a sign on Main Street. Align Roofing ( it should of said we work miracles) I called the manager he stated they where booked out over 2 months. As well as everyone else I had called I had 5 days. I begged for help. So he gave me the owner personal cell number. I called 2 days before Christmas spoke with Mason the owner and enjoyed his warm and friendly personality. I explained my situation and he immediately came over lucky his office was only a mile or so away. He inspect roof which was repaired by another licensed contractor who screwed it up and caused the roof to leak. Mason and I talked for a bit then he said I will ask my team if they want to work Sunday after Christmas. Tears almost came to my eyes! He did not promise this but said if not he could at least switch a few things around and be here in a few weeks. He gave me a quote of $5,000 for a new roof over lay. He explained how this would be faster and easier through the permit process. So I trusted and signed the contract. Sunday Mason and his crew should up! Under promised and over delivered. In 2 days they completed and got my final inspection passed on the third day.  Mission accomplished. I love these guys. I will only use align roofing for all my Jacksonville Florida deals. If you need a roofer call align roofing and tell them David Perez recommend them!
