So thankful we found this lil gem! Started the better health journey and have been searching for places to meet the new lifestyle. Walking in after reading the reviews expecting to pay a good few dollars. I was totally impressed with the cost for two to eat with a Cafe con Leche. You can't beat the price! The taste of food was outstanding! The best chicken bowl. And let me just say, I finally ate a whole plantain. We will definitely be back!

Island fresh is such a cute mom and pop restaurant. owners are super friendly and easy to work with. My husband and I got meals for the week and they were fresh and delicious. We also ate lunch upon picking up the meals. Overall great meals and definitely would refer friends and family. We love supporting local businesses

Food here is delicious. I do the meal prep plan, they put together meals that fit your caloric intake and macros at an affordable price.

Great healthy food with FLAVOR! Best chimichurri sauce in the city, yeah I said it. Good portions. Not the cheapest so dont go there if thats what your going for. The vegan chorizo is and homemade.
