North bank center for rehabilitation and healing was a good facility. I didnt expect the awesome care they gave my uncle James but he did well and I was pleased

I was a patient there and hell is a understatement. They would not get around to change you till hours after you went. The staff would turn off the call light and leave with out helping you most times. They would scream at you for turning it back on to be changed. The place was so dirty I would not be surprised if there was rats. I know there was roaches. The food was so bad the rats would not eat it if they were there. I was put on so much Xanax so they could neglect me. I would have accidents on my sleep I was so far gone. I would give zero or negative ten stars if I could. Please spare your loved ones of this hell

We visited from out of state after months of no contact regarding our family member. This place is not in the same condition of photos online (needs repair, deep clean and fresh paint). Our loved ones room has mold on ceiling in several areas from water leaking above, the patients aren't groomed properly, clothes are missing after sending to laundry and the hallways smell like urine. Oh, can't forget to mention the food, it doesn't look or smell very appetizing. There's no automatic door to outside courtyard (filthy) which makes it very hard for most patients who are in wheelchairs. Also, residents need a cellphone, there are no phones in the rooms. Supposedly, patients have access to a cordless phone at the nurses station to make calls (if capable) but won't receive any calls in. Lastly, one of the nurses was super friendly and willing to answer our questions but others didn't seem too interested.

This place is disgusting. State surveyors need to visit this place frequently. Get rid of the problem .The director of nursing DAN!! He has run that place into the ground.Its sad to see how filthy the residents are. I would never place my love one there.For Shame on this company.
