        When first entering everyone is very polite and very professional. The facility is very clean and neat. The atmosphere is always pleasant. The staff shows that they are very concerned about the residents. In fact my father was a resident at this same facility in 2016 he was in excellent care then and I see no change in the staff on caring for the residents now.
