Stephanie is the kindest and most professional realtor. She put her blood, sweat, and tears into helping us purchasing our home as well as coordinating our sale with our realtor in Orlando to make sure everything was running smoothly. Stephanie was an intricate part of everything including closing. We were being told at closing that the lender dropped the ball and we owed another $5k. Stephanie was a force not to be reckoned with. She argued for hours on our behalf and in the end got what she demanded. She has become a friend to our family and we love her.

Stephanie and Megan were absolutely amazing with helping us find a new home! Because we were house hunting from 1000 miles away, it was important we had a realtor team we could trust and Stephanie and Megan went above and beyond! They took time to understand our needs, were very swift in communication, and their extensive knowledge was invaluable during the purchasing process. When my parents said they also wanted to purchase a new home in the area, I was thrilled to connect them with these incredible realtors!!

I can't say enough good things about Stephanie. I was under a pretty tight schedule to sell my place and move out of state for a new job. They took away any stress that comes along with selling a house which was so helpful while I was trying to deal with finding a new place 2000 miles away and getting ready for a new job. I forgot to add this was all done while Stephanie was 8.5 months pregnant. Megan stepped up and didnt miss a beat. They worked around my schedule, planned everything for me, worked their tails off to save me as much money as possible, and went way above what I had expected from a realtor. Maybe the most important thing that they did while working with them, is they were honest and open about everything during the entire process. This was my first time selling a house and I was a bit concerned with getting a realtor that did not have my interest in mind. I can tell you that they put everything I wanted and needed first. To sum this up, Stephanie and Megan were absolutely incredible. They are very good at their job. 10/10 would recommend, and will be using them again when I eventually buy another place in Florida.

Working with Stephanie and Megan to find our dream home in Ponte Vedra Beach has been a great experience. We live out of state and wanted to be near our daughter in Jacksonville. Stephanie had found our daughter and husband their very first home, and they highly recommended her. It was difficult to find what we wanted, because we were not familiar with the area and a bit fussy as well. We also had limited time when visiting our daughter to view properties. Stephanie had an intimate knowledge of the entire area and was extremely efficient in arranging our visits to numerous properties until we found the right one. She also did an excellent job negotiating with the seller and their agent. Stephanie and Megan were there for us after the sale in an amazing way as well. We had returned to our out of state home and Megan happily came over many times to allow contractors in for repairs. They clearly go above and beyond for their clients and have a keen sense for individual needs. They make a great team, and we confidently recommend them!
