I dealt with 3 real estate agents from this company. I have been searching for a specific style home for quite some time now. (Several years) I made sure; * My credit was impeccable * I have a good down payment *Tenure with a good company * *My own pre approved financing with a reputal bank. I found a good potential home 3 mins from where I currently live. All I wanted was to look at the interior of the house. Christine Hall said she would show me the house. But then said she couldn't because she left town. She referred me to her colleague Matt Strickland who said no problem. He emailed me a form on the friday we were supposed to see the house. He wanted me to print, sign, scan and email back. I suggested an e-signature. He agreed but would have to meet on Monday. The weekend came and went. On Monday no form. But it didn't matter because it was his grandma's birthday. The whole time the first agent is texting me and giving her the business. So he finally sends me the form I e-siged it and ask him how long this will take? He says "no idea," "this is an abnormal property." (What's an abnormal property?) But 10 mins later I he texts saying, "you wanna see it now?" I said "sure", I'm there in 3 mins. I ask him how long before he gets there. He said may take him 45 mins because he has to pick up his kids. I say "5pm?" He says maybe tomorrow morning. I told him I couldn't work with please have the first agent contact me. His response, "We're done with you." The third agent was nicer and sounded like she knew her business. She even agreed to see me the next day at noon. But then said she needed an approval to see the property. This was the same business I was getting from the start. I told her to kick rocks. Can you imagine how the rest of the process would be like?! They literally behaved as if they were doing me a favor. Their customer service skills are deplorable.

Cole Slate and the Pledger/Polanco team are a very professional and knowledgeable group. It was very nice having a back-up if one was not available, especially with the crazy Jacksonville market. Erika gave us some excellent referrals for handymen on some home improvements we wanted done quickly, which was extremely helpful in this market. Whenever I had questions, they were a quick text away. I would definitely recommend working with this group, especially in Rivertown!
