His compassion for us the seller evidenced by his continually contacting us with updates, walking us through the complexities of the sale process and caring about us as we face a new chapter in our lives. We actually sold two houses at the same time while buying a house 3000 miles from here. His efforts to coordinate the closings with the distant purchase was incredible. It enabled us to close two sales in Florida on Thursday and a purchase on Tuesday in Washington state.
