Worst place to rent from. 7821 Pepper Circle was very much abandoned and not kept up over the time of vacancy. When we moved in the home was not even cleaned from the previous renters. It was infested with roaches and ants that our pest control specialist confirmed came from the foundation of the home. My childrens windows didnt have screens or locks. Electrical issues caused to loses over $500 worth of food in our deep freezer and they had no sympathy at all. On top of another one of their properties burning down to the ground bc of electrical issues. All we asked for was for them to take accountability and fix the issues within the home. Starlett told me out of her mouth that they didnt have the funds. So my question is how do you consider yourself a property manager. Let somebody else take it over because there was way too many problems going for your guys to not have the funds to handle. I can go on and on about how horrible these people are. Never rent from them.

Friendly and easy to work with. Super helpful with relocating due to owner's wanting to sell home we were renting.

Will move you in a Roach infested home with open arms And will make you fix things that already was broken or was a problem pior before your moved in. If you know like I know please stay away
