Just sold our first house and Eric and his team made it so incredibly easy for us. They are fantastic. He went to our house to explain the whole process even before we committed to hiring him and never made us feel intimidated. He was so professional, nice and approachable. We had to go abroad for a couple of weeks a little after we put the house on sale and him and his team made sure we were informed with whats happening all the way through. There was also a little bit of a hiccup on our part before the closing but Eric was in constant communication with us and helped us smooth things out with the buyers. He really made us feel that he is on our side and is always protecting our best interest. He went above and beyond for us and for that we are so grateful. We highly recommend him!
