Ryan is everything you could want in a realtor. He has incredible knowledge about the entirety of the home buying process, he knows the Jacksonville area incredibly well, and he has a very reassuring demeanor. The home buying process is stressful, but Ryan did a great job of keeping us informed, answering our questions, and keeping us calm. He is proactive and always flexible with his times for meetings/showings, etc. I cannot recommend Ryan enough!

I met Ryan through a mutual friend as I was getting ready to move to Jacksonville. Ryan went a live an beyond on helping me find my home down here. I lived out of state at the time and he took the time to video all me and walk through every house.
