The treatment has significantly helped me. TMS gets 5 stars. Renee was great. She made the process clear and immediately responded to my concerns. She gets 5 stars. Success TMS gets 2 stars. They billed me even though my insurance completely covered all costs and they haven't refunded me or responded to me. I take responsibility for not confirming with my insurance what they would cover before paying Success TMS. That was unwise. But there should be no delay in refunding me and responding to me. If you decide to use Success TMS, talk to your insurance before paying anything.

If I could recommend this service to anyone, I'd recommend it to EVERYONE. This treatment saved my life and helped me discover just how much life there is worth living. I've struggled with depression since I was 9 years old, and I forgot what true happiness felt like until I started TMS. This treatment has made me feel such a weight lifted of my shoulders. I recommend doing this treatment for the full duration for the best results! The people at success TMS are so welcoming, kind, flexible, communicative, and REAL. When i came into this treatment program my depression was the worst it had been in a really long time. I am really thankful to have had the opportunity to receieve tms. My treatment administer Renee, was amazing. She provided a space that really was theraputic for me. She was always willing to listen to my crazy or funny stories, my tearful moments and everything in between. I have had noticable improvements in my depression, my overall mood and perspective, for which my loved ones are also really appreciative of. All of the staff members were so sweet. I really enjoyed coming everyday. I cant say in enough words how important this experience has been for me. Thank you!
