Highly unprofessional. I called to make an appointment and was told they would have to ask the dr if he would see me because I havent been there in 6 months. My call was supposed to be returned yesterday. I have heard from no one and am in need of help. They will leave you high and dry with no one to turn too. He probably shouldnt deal with mentally ill people. When mentally ill people think we are better we go off our meds. He should know. I havent been on meds in 6 months and need help. I was refused Im guessing and I will be reporting his practice. He would probably see me if he realizes I have to pay 100 cash everytime I see him. Thats what hes about. I would not had tried to schedule if I knew Jennifer got smart and left his practice.

Pill mill. Dr. Rasul isnt interested in helping you, he just wants your $. I found a different psychiatrist once his female colleague left the practice and I was forced to see him. He will rush you and talk to you for less than 5 minutes and then bill for 30-39 min.

Ive been coming here for years, hes always honest, listens to all my issues, never late on the medicine even accommodates to my travels. Really nice and comfortable place. I recommend doctor Razul to anyone. His program has improved my life immensely!!!

I could not have asked for a better team than Dr. Rasul and his staff to suit my needs. They are very professional, friendly and understanding. I always feel comfortable and welcome. Getting an appointment has always been a seamless process and the staff has always put me at ease whenever I call to reschedule an appointment. The check-in process is simple and the staff has always been fully equipped to answer an questions I may have. I am certain that Dr. Rasul is fulfilling his purpose as he is an exceptional doctor. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone who is in need!

I wish I could give zero stars. The office staff is very rude. So rude, that when I called asking about a refill, one of the ladies in the office started yelling at me over the phone and I had to tell her to calm down. They also lied to me. They told me that a medicine that I was in couldn't be prescribed by a psychiatrist, however lve been getting that medicine from a psychiatrist for the past 12 years. Save your money. Go somewhere else.
