All of Dr G's staff are caring and easy to work with. The zoom sessions make it easier to have the appointment especially to show up on time:) Dr Galliano-Pardo is a very professional and caring soul with a gentle sense of humor. If you need a medication change she does so gradually to make the transition easier for you. My mental health has improved so much since I've been under her care. Those initial dark days seem a lifetime ago. APRN Noiledy and Dr Serchele MD are also professional. Their caring attitudes are a welcome addition to Dr G's team. I highly recommend Dr Galliano and her team if you or a loved one needs mental health care.

Everything was great with Dr. Galliano until I told her that I wanted to taper off the medicine that she prescribed. She immediately went beserk and tried to turn around on me stating that I needed to find a new Doctor. It was very bizarre and unprofessional. I would not recommend her to anyone.
