Renters Warehouse is a great company to rent from. Everyone is always courteous, professional and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the guys who do the work always know what they are doing. When I had to move out of one of their properties, I would have stayed with them if they had what I needed. I highly recommend renting with them.

Probably the worst rental company Ive ever used. Run far away and as fast as you can. It is not worth the headache.

If I could leave zero stars I would but thats not an option. We found a house through them in 2021and before even moving in there were issues that needed to be addressed. No blinds in some of the rooms, burner on the stove not working, slow flushing toilet downstairs , the bathroom door in the master bathroom wouldnt close and the closet door in the master bedroom would not close. And the big window in the living room had a large crack in it. I walked through and was assured these things would be addressed before moving in. Fast forward to the day of getting the keys not only is there glass in the living in the carpet there is glass through the whole entire living room. Whoever had replaced the window has just left the glass right there in the living room!!! Giant pieces of glass!!!!!! Our youngest was not even two and they already had the lease signed and our money!!!!! And none of the other issues had been taken care of at all!!!!! Whoever fixed the window left all the trash outside on the back patio!!! And when I complained the person came back out and put the trash in front of our house in the yard!! Which is unacceptable and could get us fined by the HOA!!! I had to call them and complain about something that should have Never even transpired!!! There was a maintenance man who came out and I informed him where the issue was in the main bedroom and there was no need to go in any other bedroom. I came upstairs to him closing our teenage daughters door to her room!!! She was sleeping and he had no reason to be anywhere near there!!! He left that day to go to Home Depot and never returned and no blinds were put up and the doors that needed fixing were not fixed. Weeks later at 9pm he randomly texts that he had been out of town!! What are you saying right now this is insane!! Stated he would be coming back out to fix the repairs AND that still never happened!! Often they would say a vendor was trying to come out without ever saying anything and then no one would be home! My husband and I were so frustrated with the rudeness, lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Thank god we no longer have to deal with them. Beware is an understatement!! And the complaints in the reviews of Vance being rude are very much correct! I had spoken with him about a property in Yulee and could not believe he worked with people. That should have been the red flag that turned me away. Unfortunately we learned the hard way.
