Crooks. They take managements/hoa side over yours, with no proof. Ended my lease a month before it was to end, so they could keep the deposit. Don't say you weren't warned.

STAY AWAY!! The worst property management company I ever encountered! Phone calls never returned, emails are returned 3-4 days later at best, a week typically, and NEVER on occasion. I rented from them and had one problem after another, washer and drier repaired, never replaced, 3 times in 6 moth; freezer/refrigerator stopped working and I was forced to throw away all food TWICE; was told by management that I had to defrost freezer with hair dryer on weekly bases to keep it from dying and causing more problems. AC quit at the end of May/beginning of June, took them A WEEK to get it replaced and only because I told them I wouldn't pay rent and deduct cost of electric and cost of the fans I had to buy from rent. At the end management NEVER bothered to do a walk through with me after I moved out. I am still waiting for them to contact me regarding my security deposit. HORRIBLE people, HORRIBLE service.

HORRIBLE! They are really the most awful people. We rented the apartment from pictures, when we arrived the place was filthy and we told them and Brian said he didn't know what I was talking about. I left the apartment exactly how I found it, not painted, filthy baseboards, black carpet and when we left he is trying to keep my deposit and tell me I was supposed to leave it painted and professionally cleaned! We had so many problems during our stay and they rarely got back to us about our issues, if at all. They are absolutely awful. Do not rent from them or use them to do your rental, the apartments are not maintained so I don't know where all the money for cleaning bills go.

I am extremely disappointed with RPM. I live the Chicagoland area and counted on RPM to look after my Father's property in Florida while he came back to Illinois because of illness. Now with everything on my plate to take care of an elderly person, and work full-time, I was counting on RPM to care for the property. My father passed away, 4 months later my brother passed away, dealing with 2 estates. After three years with this company I went down to Florida to finally look at my property, I was devastated to see how it was poorly maintained. The house my father so enjoyed his retirement years, trashed outside, the inside taken care of so very, very poorly. These tenants never even saw a Real Property Management employee come check on my property even once a year! I now found a much better company that will take better care of my fathers home, and I can rest better knowing it will be in much better hands.
