Scammed my elderly mother out of thousands of dollars for a website that doesn't exist

My experience with Kreative Marketing was disappointing to say the least. The selection and ordering process lacked guidance and clarity. When I misunderstood the sales person they responded with angry messages YELLING at me for my mistake. Thankfully they suggested we terminate the job and refunded our money (collected before getting approval on the digital sample). That was followed by a threatening email. Clearly this "favor" to our small group was a real imposition and they weren't afraid to make sure I knew it. I wish they'd refused me from the start. There are enough screen printers in Jax and online that no one need be subjected to poor customer service.

Do you want a quality product AND exceptional customer service? Kreative Marketing is the company you want to work with!!! I worked with Michelle at Kreative Marketing and placed an order that was sent to their vendor to fill. When the product came back it wasn't quite right. I felt bad as it was personalized so it couldn't simply be returned. However, I reached out to Michelle to let her know that I was disappointed. She assured me that they would do what they could and immediately got to work on a solution. She went above and beyond and the result was a product and customer service that I was thrilled with! As a small business owner in the hospitality industry customer service is of the utmost importance to me. It has been awhile since I have been truly impressed by exceptional service. Thanks Michelle and Kreative Marketing for being exceptional!

Honestly one of the best companies Ive worked with since weve been in business. Not just in the marketing industry but in general. The communication is spot on, the customer service is always professional and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do and care about their customers. I tried multiple other marketing companies in the area and had awful service from them. Im very grateful to have found Kreative Marketing! If I could give 10 stars I would of done it. Keep up the great work and we look forward to working with you guys for a long time!
