Torrid

Not overly excited about this Torrid. This is the 3rd I've been to and by far the smallest. The hours online were posted to open at 10 am and they didn't open until noon. Waited and walked around the mall for 2 hours. I did find a few cute tops while there. The associate happily told everyone the deals of the day.

Cared for. comfortable and confident! Great first impressions as I walked in the door. I'm sure I was just one of many patrons that walked in that day but the level of care I received was beyond exceptional. To start, I was greeted as soon as they say me, with an immediate offer to aid me in my needs. I came in for a bra fitting and Malinda was so gentle and kind. Despite me being an ex-employee at another location, I have to say that she was out of this world with her approach. She listened to my concerns and offered solutions that even I had not considered. She even checked the back for a size that I requested! This is exactly what we were trained for, and I was more than happy to be on the customer end for this interaction. If I ever find myself at the Avenues. I'll definitely come by again.
