September 2023 we paid to have the sewer line replaced at the house. January 2024 it backed up again. Owner was rude on the phone, insisting that someone must have flushed wipes and clogged the drain. It couldn't be the work they did because it wouldn't have taken this long to be an issue. He charged $200 to clear the clog, al the while insisting that we caused it, which is absolutely not true. I called JEA to inspect the line, at Drew's recommendation. When I called to let him know that JEA found a break, on y side of the property line, he became very agitated and insisted they were wrong. He refused to scope the line himself, and told me that there was a 1-year warranty on the clean out and to drop it, he will clear it again if it happens before the year is up. Three weeks later he is not answering texts, I am blocked from calling from my phone. I called from my work phone and he was very condescending, telling me that when they find wipes in the drain that I will be paying him again. That was Thursday, I had been trying to reach him since Wednesday, it is now Saturday. He has not called, texted or shown up to fix the problem. I have sewage spilling out of the clean out into my front yard and driveway. I am not going to need to pay someone else to clear the clog and finish the job that I paid him $3,000 to do in September 2023 because he didn't replace the line to the easement like he said he did - it is even written on me receipt that the new pipe replacement went to the power pole, which JEA has a ready proven that it doesn't.

Bad experience. Would not use. Not professional. Called to discuss a quote and was immediately hung up on because they were too busy. I will keep that in mind when you're not busy and need some projects to start.

They are very efficient , very nice and good people and very polite . Mr. Drew Hartman , the owner was very kind and did not charge me for fixing temporarily the leak in my tankless water heater before he replaced it the next day . Kudos to all the crews !!

Watch out on the roadways for this company! Very aggressive driving at high rates of speed and blowing their illegal train horn at other drivers. Be cautious!!
