I was having problems with a hose hookup called them, and the same day, they sent a tech over to help me and were very kind. I had Roy Glass as my tech, and he was absolutely amazing he got the job done and went above and beyond to help me. I will use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommended them.

First the technician, Rob that came out was outstanding. Thats why I gave them 3 stars. He brought it up. The technician was a 5 and the labor costs were a 1. My review is based upon cost. I had a sink that failed and I provided all the parts - sink, faucet, the piece that goes down the sink hole everything except what the technician changed. These items were the 2 water supply lines with braided hoses, he rebulilt the trap and connections at the bottom of the sink with PVC and use sealant under the sink to seal it to the top of the cabinet. I provided all of the parts and because I did I got no warranty except a 30 day on what he provided. They charged me $950 for about 2 hours of work or about $425.00 and hour. That seemed excessive but I needed to get it fixed and had already be stood up by one plumber who failed to write down the appointment. I feel that if you are looking for a good labor rate this company is not it. Again Rob thank you for your service and professionalism.
